This street has identical building on the opposite side of the street –
they are mirror images including color and architecture
We strolled thru the botanical garden where there is small stream with
gondolas
An ornate fountain in the park
A sign at the Antarctica center
Penguins at the Antarctica Center. The only birds here are
physically impaired in some manner. They have different colored
bands that indicate the type of impairment that the animal has.
There is even a blind penguin here.
This guy swims in circles as he only has one flipper
This is an Antarctic rover. The center has made a trail with steep
embankments and water holes to traverse to give the tourists a ride.
The depth of the water was almost up to the windows. The ride was
very very bumpy. Can’t imagine traveling great distances in this thing.
